When do I need to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery?

Thanks for your order with CuddlyPoodle, we understand you want your order for Christmas that's why we have a CHRISTMAS DELIVERY GUARANTEE 

Just make sure that you order latest by December 3rd 2021.

If I order after these dates, can I still get my order before Christmas?

Of course! Even if you place an order on or after December 3rd 2021, it is still quite possible that your order will be delivered before Christmas, we just can't guarantee it.

Christmas Delivery Guarantee Terms and Conditions

1. The Christmas Delivery Guarantee applies to any products ordered prior to December 3rd 2021.
   2. Where your product has been ordered within the deadline above, and a delivery attempt has not been made by 24th December 2021, CuddlyPoodle will issue store credit of an amount equal to the original delivery charge paid for your product.
2. Where a product was sold with Free Shipping, no store credit will apply.
3. A delivery attempt is where the carrier has attempted delivery, but no-one was present to sign for the goods. Where there is no- one available to accept delivery, a calling card will be left, or goods taken to a local depot or post office for collection.
